This is a Notice of Intent/Source Sought Notice. The US Department of Energy (DOE), Office of Nuclear Energy (NE), is seeking information and sources for the following potential project: Purchase of Enriched Uranium in the form of HALEU. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to determine the interest and feasibility of both large and small business.
DOE will host an Industry Day to present the plans for the procurement described in the attached documents. Representatives from the industry are requested to attend.
