Monaco Enterprises is the original manufacturer and service provider of the Monaco D-21 Fire Alarm Reporting System currently installed at Joint Base Andrews. This system is primarily comprised of proprietary codes developed by Monaco Enterprises and incorporated into the MAAPX system. The Government will acquire the MAAPX mass notification system. The MAAPX system will fully integrate the crash rescue station into the base wide facilities fire protection, detection and mass notification system devices, seamlessly with the Monaco D-21 Fire Alarm Reporting System. Use of MAAPX continues to afford the full capability for point-to-point detection and mass notification within the Central Emergency Communications Center (ECC), commonly referred to as the E911 Center. The anticipated Period of Performance is 15 June 2023 through 14 June 2026.
